* Please note that upon hiring from Styled By SK, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
✨Booking Information
• Try-on fees are non-refundable but will be credited toward your hire if you hire within 24 hours of your try on appointment.
• Booking a try-on does not hold or reserve a dress until full payment has been received.
• Please avoid wearing fake tan, makeup, or anything that may transfer onto garments during your try on - cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• To hire, DM on Instagram with the dress name, event date, and size so we can confirm availability.
🕒 Changes & Cancellations
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any try-on changes or cancellations to recieve a refund for your try on fee.
• Dress hire bookings follow a strict 72-hour cancellation policy - cancellations made before this window will recieve store credit (no refunds) otherwise you are not eligible for credit.
• Missed try-ons without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
👗 Garment Care & Condition
• Please check your garment upon pick-up and contact us the same day if there are any faults. If we aren't notified within this timeframe, you may be held responsible for any issues found upon return, including repair or replacement costs.
• Damage including stains, rips, burns, or any unauthorised alterations may incur repair or replacement charges.
• Normal wear is expected, but excessive damage or irreversible damage will result in full replacement cost.
🔁 Returns & Shipping
• All garments must be returned within 48 hours after your event.
• Returns to our Balwyn North location must be placed in our drop off box. Returns to our Moonee Ponds location must be arranged with us prior to drop off.
• Garments, garment cover and our instruction guide must all be returned back in the gift bag provided.
• For shipped hires, garments must be posted back within 48 hours of your event with tracking provided. The garment remains your responsibility until it has been safely returned to Styled By SK.
🪪 Booking Confirmation & Verification
• To help protect our garments and ensure a safe hire process, we require all customers to fill out a Booking Confirmation Form which is required upon booking.
• The Booking Confirmation Form includes confirmation of booking details, agreement to our Terms & Conditions, and submission of valid photo identification.
• Failure to complete the Booking Confirmation Form may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
